N° 01How to get it

1. 01Log in first

   You need to be logged in to grab it. No account yet? Logging in once with your email creates one. Log in before 09:14 so it's a single tap.

2. 02Tap "Grab it" at 09:14

   A half-price card appears on the home and workshop pages and unlocks on time. Pick a session and tap. Even if many people tap at once, only the first successful one gets it.

3. 03Transfer and upload within 10 minutes

   Once it's yours you go straight to the payment page. Transfer to the account shown and upload your receipt. If no receipt is uploaded within 10 minutes, the ticket is void.

4. 04We check and confirm

   We check payments within 24 hours and email you once it's confirmed. Your seat is secured when you receive that email.

N° 02Rules

1. Release time: every morning at 09:14 (Malaysia time). There is only one ticket a day; once today's ticket is gone, the next one is at 09:14 tomorrow.
2. One half-price ticket is one seat. Only the member who got it may attend; it can't be transferred, resold or given to someone else.
3. Price: half the regular price of the chosen session. For example, a session at RM 270 is RM 135 at half price; each session's half price is listed when you grab it.
4. Sessions: any workshop session that is still open with seats left at the moment you grab it. You choose the session when you grab it and can't change it afterwards.
5. Payment: complete a bank transfer and upload your receipt on the payment page within 10 minutes of getting the ticket. If no receipt is uploaded in time, the ticket is void and not held.
6. Limit: each member can get it up to 1 time(s) per calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of the month, Malaysia time). A ticket that went void unpaid doesn't count.
7. Eligibility: you must be logged in as a member. One member account per person.

N° 03Terms

1. Your seat is confirmed once we've checked your payment, usually within 24 hours. If the session is full by then, we'll contact you to move you to another session or refund you in full.
2. Once confirmed, a half-price ticket can't be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Not attending, or arriving more than 30 minutes late, counts as a no-show: no refund and no rescheduling.
4. The half-price ticket can't be combined with vouchers, gift cards or other offers, and can't be exchanged for cash.
5. If several accounts, someone else's account or any automated tool is used to grab tickets, we may cancel the ticket and refund the payment to the original account.
6. We may change or end this offer; changes will be posted on this page. Tickets already confirmed are not affected.
