Cancellations, refunds and your data

N° 01Workshops: cancelling, rescheduling and refunds

  1. How to request: message us on WhatsApp (+60183231319) or email admin@counceperfume.com with your name and order code. The time we receive your message (Malaysia time) is what counts.
  2. Cancel at least 7 days before the session date (e.g. for a 29 November session, by 22 November at the latest): full refund.
  3. Less than 7 days before the session date: no refund, but you can move to any later session with seats left, free of charge, once. A booking that has been moved can't be moved again or refunded.
  4. Not attending, or arriving more than 30 minutes late: counts as a no-show, no refund and no rescheduling.
  5. Daily half-price tickets: no refund and no rescheduling; see the daily half-price page.
  6. If we cancel or change a session, you can choose to move to another session or get a full refund.
  7. Refunds are transferred back to the bank account you paid from within 7 working days of our confirmation.

N° 02Refills, send-one orders and gifts

  1. Refill and send-one orders: can be cancelled for a full refund until we start making them; once making has started or the order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
  2. Vouchers and gift cards: can be passed on to someone else, have no expiry date, and can't be exchanged for cash. How to redeem is in the letter you receive.

N° 03Terms of service

  1. This site is run by C'ounce Perfume Lab · 曦昂香研室 (registered in Malaysia with SSM as COUNCE PERFUME).
  2. Payment is by bank transfer: after you upload your receipt we check it within 24 hours. Your booking is confirmed, and the seat is yours, once the check is done and you receive our confirmation email.
  3. If the session is full by the time we check, we'll contact you to move you to another session or refund you in full.
  4. Please give your correct name, email and phone when booking; confirmations and reminders are sent to that email.
  5. The formula you create belongs to you. Only you and the perfumer who recorded it can see it; whether it appears in the public archive is your choice, and you can remove it at any time.
  6. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

N° 04Privacy

  1. What we collect: your name, email and phone; a delivery address when we ship; your formula and work details; your bank-transfer receipts.
  2. What it's for: contacting you about bookings and orders, shipping, sending confirmations and reminders, checking payments, and adding your work to your account. We never sell or rent your data.
  3. Your data is kept in an encrypted cloud database. Payment receipts are kept in private storage that only our admins can see when checking payments. We share data only with the providers that host our site and send our emails, and only for the purposes above.
  4. To see, correct or delete your data, email admin@counceperfume.com. Accounting records we're legally required to keep (orders and payments) are excluded.
